Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the client experience during peak season. You will report to a Sales Manager and help deliver the Neiman Marcus experience through attentive service and flexible coverage across store areas.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in customer-focused sales, familiarity with retail tech, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. An employee discount is offered, and compensation includes a $19.61–$24.51 hourly range,

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role with selling experience.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and transition them to the appropriate associate.
• Work in different store areas as needed.
• Process POS transactions efficiently.
• Escalate issues by connecting customers with management.
• Follow up on customer requests and inquiries.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup with Operations.
• Assist with fittings and room experiences as needed.
• Promote services such as alterations, personalization, and delivery.
