Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to elevate the client experience during peak season. You will report to a Sales Manager and help guests find and purchase luxury goods with a people-first approach.

You will rotate through departments, process POS transactions, and support services such as BOPIS, curbside and alterations, while maintaining high standards of service and contributing to a magical shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric role(s) with proven ability to sell products and services
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients are warmly welcomed into Neiman Marcus at store entrances and within store departments
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs
• Process efficient Point of Sale transactions as needed
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customer with a member of the management team
• Demonstrate follow-up on customer requests, questions and needs
• Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup, Alterations in partnership with Operations
• Partner to support Fitting Room experiences when needed
• Look for opportunities to enhance the client experience with services such as Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage
