Exemplar Luxury Group seeks a Seasonal Selling Associate to elevate the client experience with our luxury team. You will report to a Sales Manager and help drive exceptional customer service during the peak season.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, processing transactions, supporting BOPIS/curbside pickup, and promoting services. You will work across store areas and adapt to business needs with a people-first approach.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with sales ability.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies used in stores.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Greet clients warmly at entrances and direct to appropriate associates.
• Work in various store areas as needed by the business.
• Process sales at the point of sale when required.
• Escalate issues to management and follow up on requests.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup and alterations in partnership with the team.
• Assist fitting rooms and promote services like alterations or personalized options.
