Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support our luxury retail operations during peak season. You will assist the operations team to ensure smooth receiving, sorting, and stocking of merchandise and support inventory controls.

Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will help with price changes, shipment preparation, and safety compliance while maintaining a focus on exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Must be able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise for selling floor readiness.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to client, store, or distribution center.
• Perform daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as required.
• Follow all safety procedures on receiving dock and work areas.
