Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to elevate the client experience during peak season. You will welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, and transition them to the right associate to satisfy service needs.

The role offers flexibility, involving nights, weekends, and holidays, with a starting hourly rate between $16.00 and $18.00. Reporting to a Sales Manager, you will support POS transactions, assist with BOPIS and curbside pickups, and

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with ability to sell products and services.
Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments and transition them to the appropriate associate.
Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs.
Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently when needed.
Escalate issues by connecting the customer with a manager.
Follow up on customer requests, questions and needs.
Support BOPIS and curbside pickup in partnership with Operations team and managers on duty.
Assist with fitting room experiences when needed.
Suggest additional services such as Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, or delivery to enhance the client experience.
