Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Associate to represent the brand on the floor in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. You will build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, while driving sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.

You will use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data, execute personal sales plans, and meet KPIs.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador following the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising).
