Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Seasonal Store Support Specialist to assist on the sales floor with client service and operational tasks in our New York store. You will act as a sales support and clienteling resource, handling inquiries, transactions, and administrative duties to elevate the shopping experience.

Responsibilities include facilitating the sales process, building client relationships, supporting CRM initiatives, and assisting with merchandising and store operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Strong attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process and provide hospitality and product assistance on the sales floor.
• Build and maintain client relationships through email, phone, hand-written notes, and clienteling tools.
• Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating client information and promoting new products via personalized outreach.
• Assist with store merchandising, replenishment, inventory accessibility, and visual display maintenance.
• Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors to ensure seamless store operations.
