Saks Global is seeking a Restaurant Cook to support the restaurant team in delivering high-quality food items while managing inventory and costs. You will produce daily menu items, coordinate production, and ensure adherence to health and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing, bending, lifting up to 35 pounds, and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in producing daily menu items and coordinate production for daily menus and events.
• Control daily and weekly inventories to manage costs.
• Maintain awareness of inventory cost and profitability through proper production sheets.
• Coordinate with supervisor for special prep and ensure health/sanitation standards are met.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and report equipment malfunctions.
