Responsabilités

• Maintain the production of daily menu items and coordinate with the team.
• Control daily and weekly inventories to reduce waste.
• Communicate supply needs with head cook and supervisor.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workspace and equipment.
• Ensure proper flow of food orders and timely production.
