Job summary

English reading/writing required; experience in food safety and sanitation is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, daily menus, and supervisor instructions.
• Clean and inspect kitchen equipment, appliances, and work areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Operate food stations, follow station checklists and temperature logs.
• Requisition food supplies and equipment based on future needs.
• Monitor menus and control costs to ensure economical meal preparation.
