Qualifikationen

• Must have experience as a line cook or prep cook in a high-volume, upscale dining kitchen.
• Autonomy to work on a designated station while staying motivated.
• Knowledge of culinary terminology, knife skills, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand long periods, climb stairs and lift up to 35 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, cook, and present daily menu items and special orders per recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Conduct daily prep work and build stations; coordinate with culinary supervisor.
• Maintain service pace by coordinating with line cooks and front-of-house staff.
• Verify any special orders or dietary restrictions with supervisor for guest safety.
• Close, clean, and sanitize stations; manage inventory and minimize waste.
