Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift 35 pounds.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability required.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate the production of food items for daily menus and events.
• Control daily and weekly inventories.
• Maintain awareness of inventory cost and profitability using production/build-to/order sheets.
• Coordinate special prep with supervisor as needed.
• Perform cook duties: plan daily menu production, check inventories, communicate supply needs, maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Maintain equipment, report malfunctions, and ensure timely food orders.
