Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and department entrances and guide them to the right associate.
• Work in various store areas based on business needs.
• Process POS transactions efficiently when needed.
• Escalate and connect customers with management as appropriate.
• Follow up on customer requests and inquiries.
