Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for front and back of house operations.
• Support sales team with selling process; stock handling and merchandising preparation.
• Maintain workstation and selling floor standards; ensure items are stocked, organized and ready for sale.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist after-sales processes: log repairs, contact clients, maintain records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly, professional service.
