Job summary

Hermès of Paris in San Francisco is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support in a fast-paced luxury boutique. You will assist with front and back of house operations, support the sales team, and help maintain a pristine selling floor. The role begins in November and runs through December 31st.

Key duties include greeting clients, assisting with wrap/packaging, stock retrieval, and After Sales support. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for front and back of house operations.
• Assist sales team with selling process and stock preparation.
• Maintain workstation and selling floor merchandise standards.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist After Sales tasks: logging repairs, contacting clients, maintaining records.
• Answer phones in a timely and friendly manner.
