Hermès Beverly Hills is seeking a Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support for front and back of house operations in the flagship boutique. The role begins in November and will run through December 31st.

You will greet clients, assist with beverage service, and support the sales team with merchandise handling, stock management, and floor presentation. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet all clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
• Support beverage service to clients in alignment with brand standards and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to kids.
• Assist the sales team with selling process; hang merchandise, return merchandise to floor, retrieve stock, and prepare stock room.
• Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to maintain merchandise standards and stock levels.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
