Job summary

Hermès Paris Miami is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical and front-of-house support in our luxury store. This temporary role begins in November and runs through December 31st, assisting the sales team and client services in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain workstation organization, help with stock, assist clients, answer phones, and support after-sales activities. Candidates should have strong communication, customer service orientation, and proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service to clients per Hermès standards.
• Assist sales team with selling process: hang and return merchandise, retrieve stock, prep stock room.
• Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor; ensure items are stocked and displayed.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist with After Sales: log repairs, contact clients, maintain records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly, professional service.
