Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service following Hermès standards: greet, assist, and wrap at point of sale.
• Support sales team with selling process: hang merchandise, restock, and prep stock room.
• Organize workstation and selling floor to maintain merchandise standards and restock items.
• Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales: logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly, professional service.
