Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service in Hermès standard: greet customers, assist, wrap and package at point of sale.
• Support sales process: hang merchandise, return to floor, retrieve stock, prep stock room.
• Organize workstation and selling floor; ensure stocked items and merchandise standards.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson and Greeter/Host activities.
• Assist After Sales: log repairs, contact clients, maintain records.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly customer service.
