Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and departments, connecting them with the appropriate associate.
• Support point-of-sale transactions, BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
• Follow up on customer requests and connect escalated issues with management.
• Introduce clients to available services, including alterations, personalization, and delivery.
