Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate in Scottsdale to join our luxury retail team during peak season. You will welcome clients, assist across departments, process POS transactions, and support service initiatives to elevate the in-store experience.

You bring at least 1 year of customer-centric selling experience, familiarity with retail and mobile tech, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. An employee discount is offered as part of our benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly at entrances and in departments and transition to the right associate.
• Serve in different areas of the store as needed by the business.
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently.
• Escalate issues to management with courtesy and follow up on requests.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup and alterations in partnership with operations.
• Assist with fitting room experiences when required.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experiences with services like alterations, personalization, food/beverage, or delivery.
