Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service in Hermès standard: greet customers, assist, and assist with wrapping at point of sale.
• Support selling process: hang and return merchandise, retrieve stock, and prepare stock room.
• Keep workstation and selling floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities and after-sales tasks as needed.
• Answer phones promptly with friendly, professional service.
