Job summary

Claremont Resort & Club in Berkeley, CA is seeking a Seasonal Lobby Lounge Server for on-site employment. Greet guests, take and input orders, and deliver items while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials/promotions.
• Record and confirm guest orders, then input into POS for kitchen processing.
• Ability to lift and carry trays up to 30 lbs and deliver orders.
• Follow state, federal and corporate alcohol-service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Check station for setup and cleanliness before/after shifts.
• Input orders into POS and ensure accuracy of details.
• Provide desserts or specialty beverages upon request and check guest satisfaction.
