Job summary

Hyatt Scottsdale is seeking an intermediate line cook to join our hotel kitchen. This part-time role requires solid grill and saute skills, hotel kitchen experience, and the ability to work a single station with supervision.

You’ll collaborate with a professional culinary team, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and participate in banquet events. A culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred, and there are opportunities for growth and world-wide assignments.

Qualifications

• Grill and saute experience required.
• 2 years of banquet kitchen experience in a busy setting.
• Culinary degree or related hotel kitchen experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform basic cooking skills.
• Ability to work a single kitchen station.
