GHM x US Open is seeking a Line Cook to join its award-winning hospitality team during the 2026 US Open. The role requires executing menu components with speed and consistency across various food stalls.

You will be responsible for culinary duties such as cooking, assembly, and ensuring the highest food safety standards. Applicants should have experience in high-volume kitchens and be available for the event's demanding schedule from 8/23 to 9/13.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in BOH or high-volume quick service kitchen preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, high-heat environment.
• Must be able to stand, move, and remain active for 8+ hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute cooking and assembly of menu items with speed and precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all prep areas and equipment.
• Assist with stall setup and breakdown before and after service periods.
