GHM x US Open is seeking a Prep Cook to join our team during the 2026 US Open tournament in New York. This position is vital in executing foundational food preparation and ensuring efficient service during this high-volume event. Candidates must have culinary experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The role is seasonal and requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and extended hours. An on-site training will be provided to the successful candidates, alongside compliance with food safety standards.

We are seeking team members to join our award winning hospitality team as Gracious Hospitality Management participates in this years’ 2026 US Open. GHM will be representing 3 different stalls @ Arthur Ashe, Food Village, and South Plaza. We are looking to hire hourly team members for the 3 week activation from 8/23-9/13.

SPECIAL NOTE:
The Prep Cook is responsible for executing all foundational food preparation and station setup to ensure the Fry and Line Cooks can operate efficiently during high-volume service at the US Open. This role focuses on advance preparation, portioning, packaging setup, and maintaining organized, service-ready stations while upholding COQODAQ’s standards for quality, consistency, and food safety.
