Mountain Capital Partners is looking for new Line Cooks to join our Food & Beverage team at Lee Canyon Resort, located in Las Vegas, NV. This position involves preparing high-quality food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service.

Ideal candidates must have experience in a similar environment and the ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere. A Food Handler certification is necessary or must be obtained upon employment. This is a seasonal full-time or part-time position.

Qualifications

• Must possess Food Handler certification or be willing to obtain it upon employment.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must have 2 years experience working in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and assist the team with the preparation of the menu.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
