Qualifications

• 1–2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Basic food and beverage knowledge.
• Experience in high-volume environments.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to organize and prioritize under pressure with a calm demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by taking orders and serving food and beverages.
• Record and enter items in the POS system accurately.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Assist with prebussing, clearing, and resetting tables.
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and uphold food safety regulations.
• Communicate guest requests to kitchen staff and resolve concerns professionally.
