Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Seasonal Line Cook to join our team at Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence, Rhode Island. You will prepare dishes according to recipes and chef specifications, set up and operate kitchen equipment, and maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation.

Qualifications

• Understand recipes and food abbreviations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production.
• Prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines.
• Set up and operate kitchen equipment.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked.
