Delaware North Sportservice at Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence, RI, is seeking a seasonal Concessions Cook to help coordinate fast-paced orders and support guests’ dining experiences.

You will prepare food to specifications, follow ServSafe guidelines, maintain cleanliness, and assist with opening/closing duties and inventory, while communicating with the chef.

Qualifications

• Ability to read prep sheets and follow instructions.
• Capacity to safely handle knives and kitchen tools.
• Able to lift 20 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to specifications, label, date, and wrap per ServSafe.
• Communicate with the chef for instructions or training.
• Uphold health codes and sanitation; follow safety procedures.
• Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean, orderly manner.
• Perform opening/closing/side work and end-of-day inventory.
