Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Stand Attendants to join our team at Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence, Rhode Island. You will greet guests, serve menu items, and help keep the kiosk stocked and clean during events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service or retail.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude under pressure.
• POS system experience ensuring accurate transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer questions in a friendly manner.
• Serve food and beverage items following sanitation guidelines and alcohol service policies.
• Assist with kiosk setup, manage inventory, and report shortages to the stand lead.
• Maintain a clean work area and clean equipment as needed.
• Record transactions via POS and balance cash at shift end.
