Job summary

Live Nation is seeking dedicated Seasonal Line Cooks to join our backstage catering team. You will prepare and present meals for dressing rooms and bus stock while following dietary and safety standards.

You’ll work with the Executive and Sous Chefs to execute daily menus, uphold a clean, organized kitchen, and participate in eco-friendly practices. Ideal for cooks who thrive under pressure and love live events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role, preferably in catering or event settings.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler's Card.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for sustainability and local sourcing.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and maintain composure during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of diverse, seasonally-inspired dishes for dressing room meals, hospitality riders, and bus stock.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to execute daily menus and maintain a smooth workflow in the kitchen.
• Sustainability Practices: Support the implementation of eco-friendly practices, including recycling, composting, and responsible ingredient sourcing.
• Kitchen Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Adaptability: Be prepared to work long hours and handle the fast-paced demands of multiple shows each week during the busy season.
• Food Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety standards.
