Job summary

Vibrantmusichall is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Line Cooks to join our backstage catering team. This unique role involves preparing diverse dishes for artists and crew during live events, promoting sustainability, and adhering to food safety standards. Ideal candidates have prior kitchen experience, a current ServSafe or Food Handler's Card, and the ability to work under pressure. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role, preferably in catering or event settings.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and maintain composure during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of diverse, seasonally-inspired dishes.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to execute daily menus.
• Support the implementation of eco-friendly practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety standards.
