Greystar in Arlington, TX is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to reach occupancy and revenue goals. You will be the primary contact for prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process with a focus on community lifestyle and guest experience.

Responsibilities include lead management, CRM usage, data analysis, event support, and collaboration with the Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance resident engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years minimum in sales, marketing, internet and customer service
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain features and answers
• Strong math for sales conversions

Responsabilités

• Lead management and tours to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
• Process applications, credit checks, and lease documents
• Maintain show-ready units and coordinate with maintenance
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours to finalize lease decisions
• Support lease renewals and AA renewal playbook
