Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant for a seasonal, temporary position in Arlington, TX. The role drives marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, serving as the main contact for prospective residents and guiding them through the leasing process with professionalism.

The position supports resident satisfaction during the lease term, manages renewals per AA playbook, and collaborates with Lifestyle Coordinator to boost resident

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service to resolve issues and complete records.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and explain apartment features.
• Math skills to process sales conversions and close.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct presentations, qualify prospects, and close leases.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and timeline adherence.
• Manage lease renewals and maintain accurate CRM and reporting.
• Attend events and support marketing plans to drive traffic and leads.
