Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort in Washington is seeking a Lead Line Cook (Cook 3) to help co-manage a restaurant outlet within Culinary Operations. You will train and guide kitchen staff, follow recipes and safety procedures, and ensure high-quality food and beverage delivery while maintaining cleanliness and a positive outlet image.

The role requires 3-5 years of kitchen experience, ability to work evenings and weekends, and a WA Food Safety Card within 3 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of kitchen operations experience.
• WA Food Safety Card within 3 days of hiring.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Sous Chef to train and supervise BOH staff.
• Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Sous Chef.
• Ensure recipes, SOPs, and sanitation standards are followed.
