The role emphasizes high standards in hygiene, safe food handling, and advanced culinary skills, with minimal supervision and leadership responsibilities for a single outlet. The position requires a minimum of 3+ years in line cooking, strong leadership and communication skills, and an Oregon Food Handler’s Card.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of line cook experience.
• Formal culinary education is recommended.
• Oregon Food Handler’s Card required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise lower-level cooks across the outlet.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and safe work area; ensure proper food handling and labeling.
• Prepare food according to recipes; manage portions and quality.
• Read business levels and adjust staffing to demand; assist in ordering and inventory.
• Train staff to operate kitchen equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and punctuality; clock in/out properly.
