About The Opportunity

B Shift Summer Help Press Operator — 6am-6pm

• Work safely using all personal protective equipment and follow safety guidelines.
• Read and understand product documents, quality alerts, safety alerts, and customer options.
• Clean, trim, and assemble components using hand tools.
• Maintain a continuous production cycle to prevent part buildup.
• Ensure high-quality finished products for customer satisfaction.
• Train new employees and assist other departments as needed.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities like 5S and STW.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
