Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to inspire customers and support daily store operations. You will deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help drive sales through product knowledge.

You will stay current on products, engage customers, and contribute to a Guest Obsessed culture while working a part-time schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture by creating memorable, educational experiences that inspire repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Actively engage customers, identify their needs, recommend relevant products or experiences, and lead a customer-focused, Guest Obsessed culture.
• Maximize selling opportunities by identifying customer needs and offering relevant solutions.
• Promote add-on sales and support events that grow store traffic and customer engagement.
