Job summary

Sur La Table is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to inspire customers through every stage of their culinary journey. You will support daily operations, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and help drive sales by sharing product knowledge.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, identifying needs, and contributing to a high-performing store culture. Availability includes weekends and holidays with a part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older at time of employment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand by creating memorable, educational experiences that inspire loyalty.
• Actively engage customers, identify needs, and lead a guest-obsessed culture.
• Maximize selling opportunities and promote add-on sales to grow store traffic.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, high-performing store culture.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and support daily store operations.
