Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to inspire customers through their culinary journey and support daily store operations. You will help deliver a best-in-center customer experience and drive sales through product knowledge.

Represent the brand, stay current on products, engage guests, and contribute to a positive store culture. You will assist with transactions, merchandising, and inventory while upholding SOPs and wage-hour policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture to create memorable customer experiences.
• Stay current on products and engage in training; share knowledge with customers.
• Identify needs, recommend products, and drive add-on sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to store revenue.
