Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to inspire customers through their culinary journey, support daily operations, and help drive store sales by sharing product knowledge.

You will represent the brand, deliver a best-in-center customer experience, handle transactions with the POS, stock, maintain visual standards, participate in training, and collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Able to operate POS system and handle transactions.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and participate in training.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture by delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Engage customers, identify needs, and recommend products.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
• Assist in on-floor duties: replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Support onboarding and share best practices with new associates.
• Adhere to wage and hour laws and SOPs.
