Job summary

Sur La Table, a premier kitchen retailer, seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to inspire customers through every step of their culinary journey. You will help with daily store operations, share product knowledge, and drive sales, all while delivering a best-in-class guest experience.

You will engage customers, stay current on offerings, and support team efforts to maintain high standards of service. Flexible hours and a team‑oriented environment are offered to support store success.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture by creating memorable, educational experiences.
• Actively engage customers, identify needs, and lead a Guest Obsessed culture.
• Maximize selling opportunities and promote add-on sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and inventory transactions.
