Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to inspire customers through every step of their culinary journey. You will support daily store operations, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and help drive sales by sharing product knowledge.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, promoting add-on sales, meeting monthly sales goals, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Availability ranges across a flexible 12–16 hour weekly schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand by creating memorable, educational experiences.
• Actively engage customers, identify needs, and recommend products.
• Maximize selling opportunities and support events to grow store traffic.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, high-performing store culture.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and assist with daily store operations.
