Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group is seeking a seasonal Kitchen Porter for Stella 34 in New York, NY. You will receive, stock, and rotate kitchen supplies and assist in other kitchen areas as needed. The season runs from October through January, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units

Responsibilities

• Monitor deliveries, invoices, and product quality; rotate stock and report issues
• Receive, unpack, and stock restaurant supplies
• Maintain receiving log and track deliveries and shortages
• Take inventory to identify reorder needs
• Clean and maintain storage and delivery areas and keep equipment sanitary
