Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring part-time Porters at Chef Street in New York, NY. As a Porter you will receive, maintain, and stock front and back of house restaurant supplies, stepping into other kitchen roles as needed to support the team.

Qualifications

• Stock clerk or related experience preferred.
• Basic math skills for inventory and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• No formal experience or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deliveries; inspect products for quality and condition; rotate stock as needed.
• Receive, open, unpack, and stock new or transferred supplies to shelves and service areas.
• Maintain receiving log and track deliveries and missing items.
• Take inventory to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
• Keep storage and delivery areas clean, sanitary, and in good repair.
