Role emphasizes teamwork and delivering an awesome guest experience in a fast-paced setting. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays with a tip-shared structure across FOH/BOH.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and plates Alamo menu items according to recipes and specs.
• Works at multiple stations as needed (dish, prep, fry, salad, grill, pizza).
• Maintains cleanliness and organizes equipment and dishwashing areas.
• Fulfills guest orders with safety, quality, and efficiency in mind.
• Restocks supplies and assists with prep and side work.
• Supports delivery/organization of food and beverage orders as needed.
