Job summary

Sur La Table in Cincinnati is seeking a Seasonal Kitchen Assistant who loves cooking, hospitality, and teamwork. You will support chefs, engage with guests, and help keep the kitchen organized and safe.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, opportunities to develop customer-facing skills, and a supportive team culture. Prior retail or food prep experience is preferred, and a Food Handlers Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older at the time of employment.
• 1 year retail sales experience preferred.
• 1 year food prep and/or kitchen operations experience preferred.
• Valid Food Handlers Certification.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.
