Job summary

Southern Tide, LLC is seeking a Keyholder to assist with daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and safeguarding store assets. You will interact with customers, make product recommendations, and contribute to achieving sales and service goals.

The role requires learning the POS system, supporting with opening/closing procedures, and participating in team meetings. Prior retail experience and strong communication are advantageous in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Teamwork and the ability to interact with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitask and stay organized with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to adapt and problem-solve in daily store operations.
• 2+ years of retail experience is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell merchandise by engaging customers and offering recommendations.
• Suggest merchandising improvements to management to drive sales.
• Build a personal client book.
• Learn the point-of-sale system and troubleshoot when needed.
• Handle routine register transactions and store transfers, and open/close registers.
• Share product knowledge to enhance the customer shopping experience.
