Southern Tide, LLC is seeking a reliable Keyholder to support daily store operations in our Ashburn, VA location. You will assist customers, process transactions, help safeguard assets, and uphold the Southern Tide brand through friendly, expert service and merchandise recommendations.

Responsibilities include learning the POS system, supporting opening and closing tills, assisting with cycle counts, merchandising, and contributing ideas to boost sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Advanced computer skills with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and customer service.
• Process routine register transactions and protect store assets.
• Learn the POS system and perform opening/closing of registers.
• Provide merchandising ideas and build a personal client book.
• Support cycle counts and year-end inventory.
